This is just one of the many appetizing gourmet meals available at Camosun’s ClassRoom Restaurant on the Interurban campus when it reopens its doors this season from January 26 to April 1. Map...
The restaurant is licensed and menus alternate weekly and patrons get to enjoy a fine dining experience while at the same time supporting the training of culinary arts apprentices in their second and third year of professional cook training at Camosun College.
