The National Scholar Award is designed to recognize the outstanding academic accomplishments of CCAA student-athletes. To achieve this honour, a student-athlete must achieve honours standing at their institution in the current academic year. From last year's 108 CCAA member-institutions, 745 students were awarded the prestigious honour in their pursuit of academic and athletic excellence.
"We had a record-breaking number of student-athletes recognized for their academic accomplishments," exclaimed Athletics Coordinator Graham Matthews. "It's a solid testament to how the Chargers program is developing as a highly competitive program."
Congratulations Chargers!
