Mr. Helin will speak about education and business development for First Nations people, and share insights from his best-selling book, Dances with Dependency: Out of Poverty through Self-Reliance, in which he offers hope for a better life to any population trapped in dependency, through a strategic blueprint to greater self-reliance and integrity.
