Camosun students and staff wear pink to support anti-bullying.These Camosun students and staff members, and many more wore pink Wednesday, February 27 in support of a growing anti-bullying campaign.

The awareness campaign started this past fall in Nova Scotia when two high school students stood up for a classmate who was bullied because he wore pink to school. How did they do it? They organized. They encouraged everyone to wear pink t-shirts to school to stamp out bullying. Before they knew it, high schools across the province were wearing pink to school and their story received international attention.

Now the campaign, spearheaded by Christy Clark on CKNW Radio in Vancouver is spreading the word about the need to say "No" to bullying in schools, workplaces and in our communities. Clark is a former BC Education Minister.
