Students in Camosun’s Professional Cook Training program prepare high-quality meals and provide on-campus catering. Menus change daily and are very reasonably priced.
Fresh Food Vending Machine After-hours access
An assortment of sandwiches, salads, baked goods, fresh fruit, yogurt, and ready-to-heat entrees can be found in the Fresh Food vending machine located in the alcove of the Hemut Huber cafeteria.
Items are changed daily based on the cafeteria menu.

Chargers Café, John Drysdale building
The Chargers Café (formerly the Urban Diner) offers breakfast, lunch, and evening service and features a full grill menu with delicious burgers, made-to-order and pre-made sandwiches and salads, gourmet pizzas, hot dogs, calzones, and a full range of breakfast pastries made in-house.

On the first floor of the CBA atrium, Busy Beans is the only outlet to offer espresso specialty drinks. The kiosk also features fairly traded, locally roasted coffee from Level Ground Coffee, Mighty Leaf Tea, baked goods, sandwiches and grab & go items.

Trades Café Centre for Trades Education & Innovation (CTEI)
Grab a bite between classes from the cafe stand in the Farmer Family Student Commons at CTEI. Sip on coffee, tea, or a selection of cold drinks. Snack on sandwiches, salads, fruit and veggie cups, calzones, and sausage rolls.

Classroom Restaurant Helmut Huber
The public is invited to enjoy wonderful gourmet dining at low prices at the Classroom Restaurant. Students in the advanced level of the Professional Cook Program create delicious meals on a rotating Table d’Hôte menu. Seating is between 5:30 and 7:30 pm, Tuesday to Friday, September through March. Reservations are recommended; call the number listed below.
The Classroom Restaurant is located in Huber Hall (15). Pay parking is available in visitor lot P5.

The Culinary Arts Centre offers limited catering services for meetings, lunches and special events. All foods are prepared by the Professional Cook program’s highly-trained students and apprentices using high-quality ingredients. All proceeds go towards the Professional Cook program for training purposes.

Aramark’s Classic Fare provides high-quality catering services for the Interurban campus. From small meetings to large conferences, Aramark’s experienced catering team can handle all the details. Using local ingredients wherever possible, all items are trans-fat free and baked goods are made in-house. Fair trade coffee and specialty cuisine (including no-gluten and vegetarian items) are available for your selection.
